a satisfactory hotel stay

super clean condition classy vibe road noise hotel maintenance

i appreciated the super clean condition of the place. the classy vibe was amazing and added to the experience. the food tasted superb. the cocktails were equally well-prepared

The room was VERY noisy because the main road was close. About 15 meters from the room. the hotel area needed constant maintenance

Wonderful Stay!

hotel decor large room relaxing stay

The hotel decor is GORGEOUS. My room was large and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere was very calm, PERFECT for a relaxing stay. Robes and slippers were available.

The pool was a little dirty on my last day. It had sand and debris. I noticed no one cleaned it, even after I mentioned it. The beach had boats and murky water.

The restaurant and bar menu offered good variety, and I found the food to be tasty and well-prepared. I had a good cocktail at the pool bar. The drink was AMAZING!!!

The room was spacious and very clean with comfortable bedding. I slept soundly. The shower was great with good water pressure. The air-conditioning worked very efficiently.

The staff was friendly and helpful during my entire stay. They were ALWAYS smiling. I appreciated the attentive service at the restaurant. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and quick.

high noise level poor cleaning

the staff seemed friendly and helpful, i guess.

the noise level was way to high, specifically with road noise just outside my room. it seems cleaning isn't a priority, and maintaining the hotel needs some work. loud music all afternoon was unpleasant, so i did not stay by the pool.

mixed feelings about this place

road noise dirty pool

The noise was a real issue. my room faced the road, and it sounded like a highway was right outside my window. sleeping was difficult. also, the pool seemed a bit neglected. There was sand at the bottom, and i never saw anyone cleaning it. i think they need to keep up with maintenance better.
